Gilcrest MacNauchtan, Son of Malcolm and Clan Chief. Received charter to Fraoch Eilean Castile in 1267 from King Alexander III.

John MacNauchtan, Son of Gilcrest and Clan Chief.

Donald MacNauchtan, Son of John and Clan Chief. Said to have supported King Robert Bruce before battle of Bannockburn in 1314.

Duncan MacNauchtan, Son of Donald and Clan Chief. Said to have been one of 30 knights who set out for Holy Land with heart of King Robert in 1329.

Alexander MacNauchtan, Son of Duncan and Clan Chief. Given Crown charter to lands on Island Lewis in 1346. Died by violence in 1351.

Alexander MacNauchtan II, Cousin of Alexander and Clan Chief.

Duncan MacNauchtan, Son of Alexander II and Clan Chief in 1424.

Gilbert MacNauchtan, Clan Chief in 1473, as vassal of first Earl of Argyll, Colin Campbell, who was made Earl in 1457 by King James II, and died in 1493.

Alexander MacNauchtan, Brother of Gilbert II and grandfather of Shane Dhu MacNauchtan, who migrated to Antrim, Northern Ireland in 1580.

Malcolm MacNauchtan, Brother of Alexander and Clan Chief. Died in 1646.

Alexander MacNauchtan, Son of Malcolm and Clan Chief. Served King Charles II faithfully and was knighted. Died in 1684.

John MacNauchtan, Son of Alexander and last Clan Chief in Scotland. Chief's family fortunes declined with fall of royal house of Stewarts in 1688, and estates were later seized by members of Clan Campbell.
